The heart of the method

Ten fundamentals, one fully moving child.

Everything a human can do comes down to ten fundamental forms of movement. With us, your child meets all ten every single week. Here you can read what each form involves and why it matters.

Our approach, the Core Map

Not one sport, ten ways of moving.

Backed by science, designed for every day. Each week your child touches on all ten fundamental movements, from balancing and climbing to throwing and moving to music.

Form by form

What each fundamental gives your child.

Not a subject, not a lesson: every form hides inside play. This is what each one trains.

01

Balancing & falling

Finding balance on a beam, a tree trunk or a line. And just as important: learning to fall without getting hurt. The foundation under every other movement.

02

Play-fighting & wrestling

Testing strength within clear rules: pushing, pulling, rolling. Children learn to dose their power and feel boundaries: their own and someone else's.

03

Throwing & catching

A ball, a frisbee, a beanbag: aiming at distance, timing the catch. Hand-eye coordination in its purest form.

04

Climbing & clambering

Up and over a net, a wall or a tree. Takes strength, grip and a plan, and gives the confidence of 'I got up there myself'.

05

Aiming & shooting

Aiming at a target: with a stick, a foot or by hand. Precision over power.

06

Running & walking

Sprinting, jogging, sneaking, over obstacles. Building pace and keeping it: the engine of almost every game.

07

Kicking & striking

Kicking a ball away, a swing with a stick or racket. Transferring power onto an object, with control.

08

Jumping & landing

Far, high, off something. And above all: landing well. Explosiveness and resilience in one movement.

09

Turning & swinging

Around an axis: on a rope, over a bar, in a roll. Gets the body used to speed and orientation in the air.

10

Walking & moving to music

Rhythm, dance and expression. The fundamental many sports providers skip, and one that trains coordination and courage in a way all its own.

This is what it looks like in practice.

Our approach shows how the ten forms spread across the week, and the waitlist is where you'll soon see it for real.
